Hydrox sounds like a cleaning product, sounds like eating tidepods all over again
Hydrox sales after this one 📈📈📈📈📈📈📈📈📈📈
Hydrox vs Oreo is basically “when someone copies your homework but gets a better grade” in a nutshell
Fun fact, hydrox didn’t have pig fat in the cream like Oreos used to. Then Oreos changed their cream recipe so they could further bury hydrox
Funnily enough, Hydrox is named the way it is because of the purity of the ingredients in the cookies, as the great depression caused a lot of food products to use fillers like chalk. Hydrox sounds like a cleaning product cause they wanted people to know they weren't eating any chalk or other filler in their cookies. Oreo ended up beating them because they sold their cookies more expensive, making people believe Hydrox were the cheaper knockoff
One of the reasons hydrox survived as long as it did was because they were kosher, no pig fat, while oreo wasnt
Oreo situation is crazy
Fun Fact: The guys that made hydrox went on to help create nabisco and were screwed over and fired by the other people who were running nabisco with them. Then hydrox was made, then nabisco copied hydrox. Hyrdox used the flower design of the mountain laurel, also called oreodaphne in greek. That is where the name oreo came from along with the design
Hydrox is available at Menards, Amazon, and Cracker Barrel. Walmart pulled them after Oreo’s stockers were caught hiding them. I’ve been buying Hydrox regularly since Oreo switched to other countries and the quality became significantly worse. Now Oreos taste way too sweet and I crave the rich and creamy flavor of Hydrox. Make sure to grab a box before they blow up in popularity!!
Someone posted a tweet saying "Name a food you flat out refuse to eat" and Oreo responded with "Hydrox". Damn...they're not just thieves, but they also have daddy issues
