I bought the Granitestone 10" pan right after this video released. I've been using it primarily on the weekends, infact, I just finished making scrambled egg and sausage. Despite the inside bottom of the pan becoming discolored and smoother, it's non-stick properties are still good. There were a couple of "dots" that showed up early on, but nothing sticks to those spots. For the $25 I paid, it's been worth every discontinued penny. 👍🏼

The SHOCKING thing is how many of these pans are no longer available on Amazon.
