The Project Farm effect strikes again. The Ancel went from $32 to $46. The Autophix is $48 and the TopDon BT200 is $47. With all three being similar ratings and top contenders for nearly the same price, I went with the TopDon. Both the Ancel and TopDon I can get delivery between 7AM and 11AM tomorrow, while the Autophix would take about 10 days to get. A couple of things not in the ratings that I consider. 1) Screen size and readability of the characters. With aging eyes and even with glasses small print is getting harder to read. 2) The number of buttons. More buttons generally means easier navigation, fewer functions per button, fewer levels of menus to step through to get to the item you need. As usual, great review.

First time commenter. I noticed that you had a foxwell battery tester a few years ago for your personal use. So I figured it must be good. So I went and bought 3 of them for our work. I'm testing up to 4 batteries a day in generators. The foxwell tester has worked excellent from the moment I got it, At least 2 years later.

it's really kind of a shame that "Made in America" doesn't mean quality anymore. For the price, that Midtronics should have blown away the competition

I just bought the Ancel tester and Ancel Battery Monitor. Those would be a good review , I think only a few companies make them but they notify you when your inside your house of your battery if it has a problem. Ancel has a new product the BS 200 a solid state battery tender PERMANENTLY mounted and a good app. I’d think you as a multi vehicle owner might benefit from it. Your reviews are good .
