The framing of this episode was mind bending. To me, this anthology has my favorite things from Count Dooku. Plus his journey and Ahsoka's are very parallel. Also, Kevin Kiner is crushing it with the score!
The Actor that voices young Qui-Gon is actually Liam Neeson's son
Dooku is a great character that hasn't been focused on enough. He's a Sith that hasn't been fully consumed by the dark side (which is why he doesn't have sith eyes) and sees the problems that the jedi order causes. I find it interesting that he critiques them for inaction during this period of time but during the clone wars the jedi's undoing was becoming glorified military officers and trying to maintain peace.
Just finished wacthing the full show and it actually explains why dooku fell from Jedi to sith. So happy to see a young qui gon also wondered how he got along with dooku.
"You are a much wiser man than I am". Dooku said it to Qui-Gon, which in due time the latter will pass it on to his own apprentice in the future.
I love the relationship between Dooku and Qui Gon. There is real affection there.
Y’all are in store for a treat. The last three episodes are incredible
Agreed, a Dooku series with this tone would slap so hard.

I loved how Dooku said “You are a much wiser man than me, Qui-Gon Jinn.” to his apprentice Qui-Gon, which is the same thing that Qui-Gon will says to his apprentice, Obi Wan, in the Phantom Menace “You are a much wiser man than me, Obi Wan.” Also Greg and Michael, just so you know, the voice of young Qui-Gon is Liam Neeson’s son.
