Seeing Steve Rogers fighting Thanos in Wakanda during infinity war makes me think one of the episodes is secretly “What If…The other half was snapped?” and they made the title different to avoid spoilers. Whatever the title is, will in some butterfly effect way lead to the other half being snapped.
Seeing Hank Pym, Goliath, Winter Soldier, Mar-Vell and T Chaka fighting a young Peter Quill is interesting to me the most.
The animation looks so crisp and the likeness of the actors is literally present from Cate Blanchett, Jon Faverau, Michael Douglas, Anthony Hopkins etc., getting to see some of them return is amazing.
This looks surprisingly fantastic and I will always stand by the fact that these types of stories are made for animation and are best told through animation so I'm very much looking forward to this next season!
Probably my favorite Marvel show simply because of the fact that they can literally do ANYTHING with it, and cause the animation style is amazing! So hyped for this!
So that’s not T’Challa that’s his dad T’Chaka because that’s an episode of what if we had the avengers in the 80’s that’s why we have a young Micheal Douglas, and a young Peter Quill and Bucky is the winter soldier because he would’ve still been brainwashed in the 80’s as well. Also that mad max episode taking place in Sakaar is the episode we would’ve gotten in season 1 had it not been for COVID. I’m very excited for this next season 🤩
The episode with the Mohawk woman named Kahori, who is a completely new and original character, is my most anticipated episode of the series because I remember hearing about this last year and it’s a story I have always wanted to see. What If pre-colonial America was never conquered by the Europeans. If the Tesseract had landed there instead and the Native Americans and First Nations actually made their own country, essentially an indigenous American Wakanda.
Glad we are getting more What if….? The first season was so good and had some amazing stories full of emotions. The Dr. Strange episode was so good and emotional I was crying.
