Man I can't get over the Across The Spider-Verse trailer. It looks absolutely incredible. It is insane how amazing the animation looks after how innovative the animation was in the first movie. I. Can't. Wait.
I can’t wait to see all three of these. I really hope Blue Beetle does well so that cast can continue on in the new DCU
"Everyone keeps telling me how my story is supposed to go." That was the real takeaway for me. I think that not only this is a meta commentary on the fanbases' arguments on cores of Spider-Man, but I also hope that that Miles proves his point and doesn't lose his parents. I won't be surprised if he does, even though he legit lost his uncle and his Peter on the last one. The first movie's message is that anyone can wear the mask, and so I think the big theme of this trilogy is just an exploration of that.
And I thought the first movie was amazing, this looks absolutely incredible! The animation is as beautiful as ever, and the characters we know and love are back. And yes, they did do the meme at the end. I can't wait to see this. It's going to be movie of the year for sure.
Across the spiderverse is going to devastate us emotionally and I can feel it already.
Yes, totally agree on the Guyver Transformation similarity, Blue Beetle is giving me new hype for the DC Movies. And Spider-Man across the Spider-verse really awesome.
Blue Beetle looks so surprisingly well-made.
