Roland is 100% right on this one. I live in New Orleans but I've also lived all over the state of Louisiana. People outside of the New Orleans and Baton Rouge area have no idea the severity of what's going on. They're not tuned in because they feel forgotten by all areas of the local government. Take the time to inform rural areas and give the people a reason to show up to the polls.
