Kartrez Rush and Jasmine Scott were traveling with their children when a South Carolina state trooper stopped them after a false 911 call alleged stolen vehicles. Without verifying the claim, officers escalated immediately, drawing weapons and handcuffing the parents while their children remained in the truck.
