Charlie Kirk, 31, was fatally shot as he was answering qeustionsg at Utah Valley University. Police described an open-venue event with over 3,000 attendees and said security video showed a subject in dark clothing; investigators believe a single shot may have come from an elevated position. A person of interest was taken into custody for questioning as the investigation continues.
