Thank you for this Unc Ro! Can we get some more historically black institution presidents to come on and speak? We need to feature some additional smaller institutions like Charles R Drew University of Medicine and Science from the west coast, not an HBCU but still an historically black institution with a the 1st HBCU Medical School west of the Mississippi sitting in an underserved community
The president of the university doesn’t make the deciding factor on promotions especially for faculty. All academics go through the provost office and their process! HBCUs don’t discriminate and are highly diverse when you see their institutions data. Those endowments given by Scott , the president is absolutely correct! Small university and growing yessssss! Stay Mission focus lady President! Yessssss! Don’t allow these things to deter your focus!
My granddaughter attended your college many years ago but it looks like you have increased TREMENDOUSLY...CONGRATULATIONS. GOD BLESS YOU MADAME PRESIDENT FOR ALL YOU DO FOR OUR CHILDREN 👏🏽🙏🏼🙌🏽
Dr. Anderson is an amazing educator, leader, and ready to battle!!!
Thank you Roland! We need this exposure for HBCUS!!
well, I'm glad you said it rather than myself if you look at the numbers from the department of labor when it comes to black professionals, whether it be law medicine, academics construction, we are at the bottom of the totem pole. We are being forced out of medicine law, the military upper ranks were being dismissed all sorts of stuff I've been going on.
I would like follow ups on this story because this is very serious
Dr. Anderson is a class act!!! She has turned the other cheek and now she is ready to battle. Great interview Roland!
They don’t like when the tables turn on them. They so entitled
