Thank you for this Unc Ro! Can we get some more historically black institution presidents to come on and speak? We need to feature some additional smaller institutions like Charles R Drew University of Medicine and Science from the west coast, not an HBCU but still an historically black institution with a the 1st HBCU Medical School west of the Mississippi sitting in an underserved community

The president of the university doesn’t make the deciding factor on promotions especially for faculty. All academics go through the provost office and their process! HBCUs don’t discriminate and are highly diverse when you see their institutions data. Those endowments given by Scott , the president is absolutely correct! Small university and growing yessssss! Stay Mission focus lady President! Yessssss! Don’t allow these things to deter your focus!

well, I'm glad you said it rather than myself if you look at the numbers from the department of labor when it comes to black professionals, whether it be law medicine, academics construction, we are at the bottom of the totem pole. We are being forced out of medicine law, the military upper ranks were being dismissed all sorts of stuff I've been going on.
