Spa manager here, ABSOLUTELY NOT. You do not charge a client under those circumstances EVER. You did not provide the service as described. You literally vomited on your guest. Nope, nope, nope, nope.

Puke story: OP just needs to threaten a lawsuit. This isn't assault but OP can sue foe damages and emotional stress. They would backoff fast. Get them to pay for at least a few 90 min massages at a different place. She should also call the police herself to get ahead of the narrative.

Story 4: The family is a victim of the dad's abuse. Over *SEVEN NORMAL MESSAGES,* he flew into a rage, broke stuff, emotionally harmed his wife, and after all of that, both the wife and daughter were so broken that they couldn't leave. The rusty knife was definitely testing OP's waters

0:08 Puke massage The correct response from the spa should be be sorry and offer another massage free of charge another day. You cant mistreat your clients and then ask for payment. I believe the masseuse vomited for working under so much stress. The owner of this spa is probably an abusive boss.

Story 2: The fact the man still gloats about it means he either doesn't actually care enough to think longer than two seconds about the event, long enough to realize what he did, or he's never been with a person since OP's mattress 💀

For the last story, OP did the right thing, honestly held on alot longer than i would have. Not just because of the parents but for the GF. someone that not only refuses to leave an extremely toxic place, even if they have options, but to also rat on the person they are with to their toxic holders then they are a lost cause. Dont be a "I can fix them" person, it rarely works out and will only hurt you and them. Its wild to me how many parents warp the mind of their kids to think things like this is normal and ok

If OP doesn't leave the girlfriend, she needs to start recording everything with the parents, hidden cameras, recording phone calls, protect herself from this psycho

Story 4: that dad is dangerous. Full stop. Not only is he insanely controlling, it seems there are few lengrhs he wouldn't go to to get the outcome he wants. That's utterly sadistic, and the boundary crossing would be the least of your concerns if you were with one of his kids. That man would try to get you put in jail if you crossed him, or worse.
