Story 2: I sincerely hope OP's ex isn't the father to stepsis's baby, so that everyone involved (ex, mother) know they blew up their own lives with OP when they didn't have to. Also, props to the grandmother who was able to see from the outside how much OP's mom was favoring her stepkids over her own kids, there's no way grandma skipped a generation with that jewelry unless she knew for a fact mom would give it all to his 'precious bonus children' over OP.

Second Story: I am so sick and tired of that phrase "be the bigger person". Betty wronged OP but OP is suppose to just take it? OP's mom clearly favors Betty, Adam sucks for being a cheater, and Betty sucks for being a cheater and liar. Betty further sucks for drinking while pregnant and her views on disabled people. Crazy how OP's mom said she didn’t want to be in the middle of it but she already did get in the middle of it. She kept the affair from OP and pretty much took Betty's side. Glad OP is doing better by getting away from these terrible people
