As a California real estate broker for over 25 years, I can honestly tell you the hardest property you'll ever buy in your life is the first one. Almost every first time buyer gets "scared" and experiences some form of "buyer's remorse" after buying their first property. The good news is that the second, third and every property thereafter that you buy will become much easier for you. In the future you will be able to buy with more confidence and conviction. In America, owning good real estate is great way to build wealth. Trust me, you will not regret your decision to buy your first property. Congratulations Marina and family!
