Anyone else feeling 'wired but tired" the last few days?! I was unable to sleep much last night but fortunately have today off work so trying to get more sleep here in B.C. 🇨🇦 at 10 AM after finishing this video

Today's video includes a space weather forecast for the next few days, info on the renewed earthquake swarm in San Ramon, California, as well as a lot of educational animations and contextual information on solar activity, space weather, and Earth geophysical systems for viewers new to the subject. I know a lot of you know a lot of this stuff already thanks to your own research and the hard work of myself and others, but there are always new people being introduced to this realm of understanding and I am committed to not excluding anyone from this info. If time is a concern for you, watch the video at 2x speed or listen while doing chores or something. Thank you for your understanding 🙏 PS - I leave early tomorrow AM for SNOW CAMP, which concludes on the 13th, so it'll be a discovery process on how to release updates as needed while participating there. I am sure it'll work out. I also do already have 3 videos ready for release on quiet days.
