Man I love American videos uploads at 10 am Europe time
I feel like GLM is the True competitor for Claude. They both focus on developers and it's very good
The Cline extension for VS allows you to choose different models for "Plan" and "Act" modes to save money.
This is what I made my Sora videos for Theo, glad to see you cover it!
15:20 In Kilo code, you can already do this. I am using this a lot now with the big model to handle the orchestration. and a small model to do the code.
Aider's "architect mode": dual-model system designed for complex, high-level coding tasks and structural changes. It separates the strategic planning and reasoning from the specific code implementation by using two different large language models (LLMs).
In Roo Code you can configure agents (custom modes) on various models and achieve planing and design with expensive models then implementers with cheaper models.
Sadly since it is on the free tier and the free models have very low output limites i cant use them. Would you rather put a "context upgraded" version of it costing a premium chat point?
Thank you for covering this model! Cool that you give Ai Code King a shout out, since his content has a very "own" vibe. I can easily understand how viewers might dislike the AI voice and some of his takes and biases. But I personally really enjoy his content too :)
For the separation of models, "Cline" is doing it, Plan mode model & act mode model
