Finally. A Theo video that sticks to the topic and ends.
I use Firefox mainly to hold back chrome dominance. Same reason why I went all in on AMD Zen
Really looking forward to some of these fixes coming downstream to Zen. I love the concept of Firefox, and we can all appreciate the need for a legitimate competitor to Chromium, but it's been far too bad for far too long
I would argue that safari is the minimum not Firefox
Saying that these changes to firefox have "changed the base, the lowest point that browsers we have to support as developers every day just had a massive level up" when safari exists.
Theo casually forgets about Safari and calls Firefox "the floor"

For me, as a user, the most important factor in browser choice is continued support for Manifest V2. All the window dressing you talk about is meaningless in comparison.
That whole rant about Firefox holding us back, as a developers is *absolutely insane, when the real source of the issues is the f Safari.*
