Becoming a manager is not a promotion, it’s a career change.
Get so good at coding that Theo hires you, simple. But you must use Obsidian as IDE.
Manage with Obsidian
Running multiple agents already makes you a manager.. just that your subordinates are incapable of learning..
Theo we need a video on how you improved your communication skills
I'm a hands-on EM, which has always been one requirement I have for companies that I join. If they want me to do 100% management, I'm not the right person for the job. I don't believe you can be a good manager, unless you are able to experience the challenges your team experience hands-on. Not to mention, if you want to stay relevant in IT today, you need to be hands-on, even more important with AI, embrace it, abuse it, learn it!
My favorite manager as an electronics engineer was a legend, earlier in his career he had single handedly written our entire embedded application stack all in Obsidian
I went to school be a scientist who happens to code; these are the best of times ; domain expertise is more important than ever
"Communication benefits you in ways you can't even imagine yet" - this one is on point AF
This is one of your best videos bro. The part about communicating with people in a clear way, managing expectations and also with that skils directing AI agents really nails how I feel, and what I am also trying to learn. I am 19 years old, and I am really trying to think about how people perceive the things I am saying, and how i can be clearer with what I want, and how I say something. In short: it's just really nice to hear someone talking about the think you are trying to learn, not in tech, but in communication.
