The issue u were having the gemma when using with claude code was that u were not giving enough context window. You have to increase the context window. Or use the cloud gemma on ollama which has a lot of context window.
For those who's juggling to install and launch claude code in the terminal! It should be noted that you must have claude CLI install in your system and then use commands to launch it!

"Claude Code for free with Ollama" is roughly like saying "Photoshop for free" and handing someone MS Paint with the Photoshop keyboard shortcuts mapped. The workflow feels familiar but the capability gap is enormous. Yes, it's claude code for free, but why? There's plenty of interfaces that work with ollama.

i have a 3050 4gb but i have 32 gb ram , which one is best for me
So, it works as a full integrated coding assisstant through local running models in the IDE? Like Github copilot comes with VSCode nowadays?
