What The Hell Happened This Week? Week of 9/26/2022 | The Daily Show

As someone who grew up during 9/11 and was forced to watch the news every single night since I was 6 years old, I am devastated (but happy for Trevor), that he is leaving. As an adult, I became an ostrich and dug my head and the sand because I couldn’t handle the news, but 6 years ago, I found Trevor Noah that has really softened the blow to world events. Thank you, Trevor Noah. ❤️ You deserve all the happiness in the world. Best of luck. 💕

Trevor, you really made this show your own. I couldn't imagine it without Jon Stewart, but you kept it alive and breathed new life into it. I wish you all the best and hope your successor manages to uphold your and Jon's standards. In this day and age we need the daily show.
