Lol it's hilarious how billionaires controlling the politics in Russia are called Oligarchs but in America they're called "entrepreneurs" and "job creators".

"Oligarch is a fancy word for super rich billionaires IN RUSSIA" Well here in the US we certainly have billionaires influencing our government I assume much more than in Russia.

"Oligarchs" are not just Russian billionaires. The Greek word means: "the few who rule (over the many)". Every country where lobbyists are allowed to negotiate with chosen leaders has oligarchs. Lobbyists speak on behalf of big corporations and they ruin democracy and capitalism. Democracy requires that each citizen has an equal say in elections. And capitalism relies upon equal opportunities for competition. If we allow the game to be rigged in favour of those who can afford to lobby, we are no longer a capitalist democracy.
