I wake up and want to go to the toilet but instead of going I suffer for an hour or so because I'm too lazy to get up. I call it 'procrasti-urination' 😂

Been married 50 yrs. My wife is sleepy at 8 p.m. , goes to sleep at 9 p.m. wakes at 5 a.m. with no alarm, no caffeine EVER. She wskes up drinks a glasd of water first thing then has homemade herbal tea all day. Her office / brain work is in the EARLY a.m. , between 6 a.m. to 12 noon. Her physical work : gym, gardening, housework is ALWAYS 1p.m.- 5 p.m. After diner she is winding down for bed at 8-9 p.m. This schedule is 7 days/ wk for 50 yrs. My wife is now 70 but looks MUCH younger, takes NO MEDS and oeople often mistake her for 45/50. She NEVER EVER turns on the TV. Me ? I wake at about 10 a.m. and reach for coffee and am like a grizzely bear until about 2 p.m. I am sedentary , never work out, am on lots of meds, have apnea and only can tackle office work in the late afternoon. Bedtime is always after midnight and I ALWAYS need an alarm to wakeup. During the day I am often groggy/ half awake/ half asleep. Also my TV is on 24/7. So you might ask yourself how have we lasted as a couple for over 50 yrs ? Must be true love.

Waking up at 3am is Normal, Charles Dickens wrote about it. What's not normal are the hours they force us to work just to live
