I would put money on the fact that the "stolen" earrings are the ones being sold now and she has the larger replacement ones stashed in her home somewhere.
The lack of insurance & claim when they were stolen has been a question of mine all along. Something's fishy there, we have questions.
Why does this earring business sound like more money laundering to hide other money laundering?
I PLEDGE a copy of these E.G. earrings to all in the chat. Happy Hollidays to all
Not that I would ever do it, but if you happen to buy something in LA (maybe not now, but certainly in the 2000s) and you wanted to avoid $10s of thousand in sales tax — and you had an address in Las Vegas — you would avoid sales tax by taking delivery in Nevada (or many other states to be honest). Hence the $750,000 check and not the additional $63,750 that would have been collected at the going rates for Los Angeles sales tax when the earrings were sold. Not a bad savings (even if it was stolen money).
The receipt has 18k white gold setting and the sale description has 14k.
the weight is 7.02 because the person who wrote it always did the european cross on the 7 on the down stroke, so that you don't mistake it for a 2.
The amount of money NOT going to the victims in the Girardi case is ridiculous🤦🏻♀️🤨😡

Just checked and the earrings sold for $250,000 via Radar.
