come on guys, let’s take a moment to thank Amber Heard’s team of lawyers for their effort and hard work proving Johnny Depp’s innocence.
What’s pulling people to YouTube is a search for the truth. Everyone is sick of hearing opinions sold as facts by the main media. People are smart and want to hear facts make up their own minds about things. Thank you so much for giving us the facts and being so fair, balanced and incredibly witty.
You are right about not trusting the MSM. That’s why YT channels like yours are so popular. YOU are our newscaster. We trust YOU.
Emily saying "don't freak out on your kids!" Was weirdly therapeutic, as someone who was often freaked out on for much minor things lol.
At about 42 minutes when you were giving your parenting advice I started crying. I had something like this happen to me and I thought my mom would be so angry with me but she told me almost exactly what you just said and it was so comforting as a teen.
The thing that worried me the most about Amber's interview being edited was that was just from the preview! How much else was manipulated? Probably a lot.
Thank you for validating my parenting style! My youngest is now 28, when he was in high school, he attended a party where alcohol was being passed around. He tried it, wasn't able to drive home safely, so I went to pick him up. I said nothing about it, but it ate at him until the next day. When he finally asked why I didn't yell at him, we talked about the rules and I held up my end of the deal. Without me saying anything, he learned I keep my word, he didn't hold up his end of the bargain and he learned he could trust me completely. He never did it again. He's now married and I hear, "Mom, can ask your advice?" a lot. He's always been a good kid, but he was a teenager at one time too.
Wasn't the cheating an issue because AH kept saying he was paranoid and controlling/kept wrongly accusing her of cheating as part of the abuse, but she WAS actually cheating...?
Do not freak out on your teens is solid advice. I remember calling my parents to get a ride home because my friends had been drinking. My Mom started freaking out and my Dad told her that if they wanted me to call and be safe I should not be in trouble for calling.
Regarding the "nothing is real" comment: I learned this the hard way when I was a reporter for a small family-owned newspaper. I was there for different meetings and events, taking notes, collecting copies of documents, paying attention to everything I possibly could. I actually saw it, heard it, read it, etc., and then would see a mainstream media article or newscast with such an incredibly different version of events that I wondered how we were at the same events. It was wild. And the quotes they used? More often than not if I had recorded what was said and compared it to the quotes used, there were changes that altered the meaning of what was said. This happened with both right-leaning and left-leaning media. One is not any more honest than the other.
