Heard Bob Alessi give Emily D. Baker a shout out as one of the most knowledgeable online sources and great legal mind. 🥰 I already knew that ❤️. MISSED YOU!
It boggles my mind that the jurors sound more intelligent in their statements than so many people involved in the investigation or prosecution. Thank goodness the jury understood who has the burden of proof and who are the fact finders.
I still can't believe Higgins has his job. I can't think of any other place of employment that would allow you to keep working if you came into work intoxicated, and then moved around company vehicles. Then at the same time also used police resources for personal reasons whilst thoroughly involved in a murder investigation.
"Wouldn't change anything." We did it like we always do.... that is terrifying and should be to everyone!!
After spending $400k+ for a kindergarten paint craft of a "reconstruction", the very least the DA's office should do is protect jurors.
Proctor does have some regrets; he regrets he got caught, he regrets his uniforms (a large part of his identity), were taken away from him, and he regrets he couldn't " pin it on the girl." And that's it. He's repulsive. Thank you, Emily, for listening to his interview, I couldn't tolerate more than 5 minutes of him. 💜💜💜
What I found surprising is no one is blaming themselves for losing the case. My husband is a detective and if a case is lost that he worked, he feels like he let the victim down and thinks of all the things he could have done differently so it's puzzling how no one thinks they could have done better? Wtf
Brennan: “my thorough review” also Brennan: shit the holes in the back of the sweater: “in quick review I may have made an error”
Interviews like this is why the public is finding credible sources outside network television programs.
Proctor: “They (the text messages) don’t define me as a person.” They kinda do though.
