What a great situation for the medical industry.
American bread is so processed that Ireland legally labels it a cake
If you leave “food” out for several days snd no mold grows on it and no ants crawl on it - it’s not food.
Most things in the US are not allowed in Europe. That says a lot right there.
I went to Germany for a year ate bread everyday, drank wine in the evening, did not restrict anything really and lost 30 lbs.
I stopped eating processed foods completely about 4 months ago and the biggest shock I've experienced wasn't weight loss. It's been a drastic improvement in cognitive function and general energy levels throughout the day.
Most food labels should say: “nothing healthy inside. Stay away”
