Bill Maher may be firmly ensconced in his Hollywood anti-Trump bubble, but occasionally he does take a peek outside the bubble and is confronted with the truth. Most recently Maher observed on his TV program that “blue” states like California, Oregon, Rhode Island and Illinois are losing population and with them representatives in Congress.
