So....basically...STATES RIGHTS
It’s weird when “state’s rights” are called having it both ways. You move to where your values are represented, you don’t try to strong-arm every state to match your values. Edit: Also, if you want to claim that there is nobody on the left claiming for late term, even after birth, you’d have to ignore a governor of an entire state saying exactly that.

Having states decide is not both ways. it is how it should be.

There has literally been things past to let abortion happen up to birth.
Guys, Governor Northam from Virginia is what he was referring to. He said in a radio interview, “…deliver the baby and ask the mother what she wants to do with it.”
So he agrees with the Constitution. Anything not specifically addressed in the constitution is left to the people and the states. This includes abortion. Who the president is should have no effect on abortion laws if we stick to the constitution. RvW was made up law by people who wanted to federalize abortion but knew the sticking to the constitutional text would stop that.
State and Local Rights to legislate are better than Federal restriction.
