My ex wife worked in the accounts department for a very expensive english bed manufacturer called 'Relyon'. Somewhere in the 2000's, they moved manufacturing to china because it was cheaper to employ 2 workers for each stage (they had 2 people due to one having bad eyesight typically and they could not afford to buy glasses) than having a skilled english worker. It was like having Rolls Royce being made in a cheap chinese factory but commanding top prices for the product in the west. My problem was never with the chinese but with the scum bag western executives taking advantage for profit.
China has the greatest manufacturing capacity. US has the greatest national debt.
Everything is made in China. My sister-in-law was made in China.
How about we start making our own shit! Problems solved.
Come to Norway... Norwegian and Swedish brands but made in China Everything is made in China..
Imagine all the Asian tourists who visit America and buy something, only to get home half way around the World and find a “Made in China” sticker

Visited China first time 1978, met wonderful people. Some were very curious about my long blond hair. Goods sold at #1 Department store and at The Friendship Store were top quality, I still have some in daily use. The most facinating place I ever visited, I travelled for my work.
I live in Spain and it's very hard to find a product made in U.S.A. here. All manufactures such as TV sets, smartphones, toys, etc. are made in Taiwan, China, Malaysia or elsewhere in Eastern Asia.
