I know a MAGA cultist evangelical in my personal life who went to Israel recently. I told her, "Do you realize that Israel under the Netanyahu regime is committing genocide against the Palestinians, with barbed wire, starvation, mass murder?" She replied with "well I didn't see any as Israelis and missionaries didn't tell me." I replied "well, that's the point. This is what the Israeli government under Netanyahu WANTED you not to see. This was a government sanctioned tour. This is a fascist regime that is very dangerous and its leader has a criminal warrant for his arrest."

Love how we could be like putting US tax dollars to like helpful things like programs for education, food programs, healthcare/ there's so much good that could be done, but instead.
