My cousin, who lives in that area of Houston, says he has seen the actual video and it shows Mr Salgado's van come to a complete stop as it jumps the curb NO ICE AGENT NOTHING IN FRONT OF THE VAN!! Then Mr Salgado opens his driver's side door realizing that they were police and raised his hands as in surrendering then the cop shot him IN COLD BLOOD!! Currently they're keeping that idiot cop hidden because they know he fucked up!!! 🤬
