I and others warned after the fall of Syria that Russia AND Iran were overextended and Iran itself weaker than ever - I also warned that the US is running out of time and dangerous desperation would drive reckless policies the US counts on targeted nations dealing with more cautiously and calculated than US provocations. We are now at the edge of a dangerous precipice - a combination of inaction, delusion, and distraction has brought us here. The plans for all of this are publicly available and free to access online, plans I have covered for literally a decade now - there is no mystery as to what the US is doing or the Trump administration's role in all of this - we'll either wake up and oppose it, or go over the cliff sleep walking amid our delusions of choice.
