Dr. Linden’s voice is meant to be heard man, I turned it on while I was walking my golden retriever, and now I feel like one. Happy and grateful for everything.

Dr. Linden has one of thе most gentle cadences I've ever heard. The way he explained things made it that much more digestible and easily understood. Great episode per usual.

I love that this guy at 34:50 was contradicted by a source Theo pulled up, and instead of saying the source was wrong, he acknowledged the discrepancy and concluded he must be out of date

I've said it a million times before, and I know others have as well, but we need more episodes like this that are educational. We see enough celebrities. THESE are the people we need to see. Thanks Theo ❤

Retired from engineering and found i needed to rest my brain. This is healthy food for the brain. Podcasts have helped me deal with going from high stress to being alone. Thank you theo and your great guest. I wish i would have had teachers like this guy!
