Thank you for hosting me Theo! I truly enjoyed our conversation, your questions and shares, and the opportunity to discuss science and health information with your audience. Also, thank you to your A+ team.
I quit drinking after Huberman's episode about alcohol. 18months sober thanks to this guy
"I stayed in Tony Hawk's room" Theo: "Bring up a picture of a hawk"
Hubes talks about dopamine and gambling followed by Theo reading a Draft Kings ad. Nice.
Andrew- "let's talk dopamine. What's your favorite thing to do?" Theo -"make quesadillas"
"yeah, the second quesadilla, you can barely taste it sometimes."
One of the best qualities in Theo, is that he will always apologize when he interrupts someone. Doesn't matter who it is. This character quality he has is why we love him and why I look up to him. What a great conversation and inspirational episode. Well done Theo and Andrew!!!
Theo interrupts Huberman many times especially when he’s excited (I do the same exact thing) but somehow Huberman managed to stay on topic and loop back to complete his thought. It takes a lot of patience to deal with that.😅
the balance between huberman's seriousness and theo's humour is a priceless dynamic
"Any high amount of dopamine that comes to you without effort before it, will eventually destroy you". Many thanks for the insightful and valued episode.
