After AR went down, I had no idea what to expect. I was happy winning more games than last season. But to actually be in contention for a playoff spot is beyond my wildest expectations for this team.
He’s such a blessing to Indy! Steichen is coach of the year!!!!
Shane Steichen’s entire coaching staff has done an outstanding job. I do believe holding people accountable by not just benching them but outright releasing them set the tone for the rest of the season. Do your job or get gone. That locker room got that message real quick.

From the worst offense to being in the top ten, coach has put his mark
Indy needed this guy right here!!! Was so stoked when they announced it was him hired!
Sirianni was a good OC for the Colts, but seeing the decline in Philly after Steichen left and Sirriani still being there speaks volumes. Colts got the better coach and I'm here for it!
