The main issue is when someone acts like they got hit by a semi truck but NOBODY even touched them.
Flopping will kill the league.
Extending arms during a drive is not the problem. It's the head snapping, the arms flailing, the crying out, the going to the ground after ANY contact. It's the jumping into or trying to land on a defender while shooting. Yeah it's become part of the game sadly. It used to be a point of pride to be able to take contact and stay on your feet. Now the strategy is to appear as weak as possible.
Flopping has made basketball unwatchable
The NBA is unwatchable
Being taught??? Mann kobe turning in his grave
CP3 taught Harden and Shai to do this why he acting like he couldn’t do it 🤣🤣🤣
No fan, except OKC fans, want this to be a part of the sport.
Ive watched the NBA for 30 years and never once turned off a game because of the refs. Game 5 of Spurs/Thunder was the first time ever. Between the flopping, goaltending/challenge sequence and nonstop free throws and play stoppage, it's flat out not entertaining. I have a thousand other ways to spend a couple hours, and there's no way I'm going to watch a free throw contest
Not just about getting points, it also causes foul trouble for players/teams. You can see defenses totally back off which creates an imbalance in the game...
