Talarico is not a moderate he is another liberal, wake up people. He is not a religious person and he needs to stop telling people he is.
People conflate their desires with God’s will.
As a Christian American, I believe everyone has a right to worship as they choose. That does not mean I think their religion is equal to mine. To me, the only way to heaven is through Jesus. That is the core belief of Christianity. If you don't believe that, then you aren't a Christian by definition.
As far as Talarico's Christian beliefs, he would be considered a heretic and an apostate.
He is not a Christian he is a heretic. He follows Gnostic texts that claim men are gods.
It's just Gnosticism, denying the Incarnation and incarnational anthropology is the heart of Progressivism
Ian saying "I'm not a theologian" is the smartest thing he has said here
If you see him behind the pulpit you may want to choose a new church.
