When they say Secret Room I don't think they mean a room that is hidden. I think they are referring to the Secret Room where secret and confidential materials are stored and often burn bags are stacked in the corner next to the shredder. It's called the Secret Room because only those people with clearance have access to it.
Maybe they put it aside so it wouldn't get destroyed and justice could happen
People need to go to JAIL. Period.
