They're only apologizing after their Shareholders lost $100 Million Dollars. What they should do is resign!
All corporate boards should have an advisor thats just some guy who owns a boat, a gun and a fishing pole.
Have they replaced the CEO? "we're sorry you're mad at us for disrespecting our customers" isn't an apology.
