As a Virginian I fully support this. NOVA has frustrated the majority of the rest of the state for decades.

It's like the big cities in Virginia are a demon, the entire rest of state is the host body, and what they're doing to consolidate power there is like a demonic possession.

Put it to a vote. The people of Virginia would overwhelmingly vote to kick Arlington out of our State.
