Pretty sure the judge has no authority to order the government to spend money

Judges who legislate from the bench need to be prosecuted for sedition.

Ending the filibuster is idiotic. I shouldn’t have to work and pay for others to sit and do nothing. End SNAP abuse.

Judges are not the executive branch. Judges need to be reminded what their place is.

The activist pretending to be a judge has no authority....

This is one of the rare times I disagree with Trump. DON'T end the senate filibuster. Democrats are the cause of the shutdown and they are being blamed for it, don't bail them out.

Trump administration has got to STOP listening to these goofy judges. They don't have national authority.

1) The Antideficiency Act makes it illegal for USDA officials to spend unappropriated funds 2) Courts are bound by the Appropriations Clause just like executive agencies. They cannot compel an agency to spend money that Congress has not appropriated — doing so would itself be unconstitutional. 3) The SNAP contingency reserve is not a permanent revolving fund; it is a line-item appropriation in annual or continuing resolutions. When Congress appropriates it (for example, “$3 billion shall be available for the SNAP contingency reserve”), USDA can draw upon it only within that fiscal year and only while other appropriations are valid. Any judge that thinks he/she can order the Government to spend money that Congress has not authorized or appropriated needs to be removed from the bench.

AS A REPUBLICAN ON SNAP, I WILL FIND A WAY TO MAKE IT THROUGH THE SHUTDOWN AS LONG AS WE DON'T GIVE IN TO THE DEMOCRATS' DEMANDS.
