Why work your fingers to the bone honestly when you see billions of our dollars being given to scammers and the people responsible being given no punishment?

im a millennial and i'm tired of working for 1/3 of my pay check going to the government.

"Nobody wants to work" I got laid off and have been appying for every job out there. Ive gotten nothing in response, from everywhere. Nobody wants to work, but nobody wants workers either. If you're not 100% perfect in the eyes of the AI bot reading your application then you dont even get a chance. It is wild.

Its also the no accountability for anyone who breaks the law but normal people. Its exhausting.

They don't hate work, they hate that their work is detrimental to their own lives. Not a zoomer myself but, as a millennial, knowing that the majority of my tax dollars goes to promote my own removal via supporting violent and incompatible 'cultures', traitorous politicians and practically the entire judiciary, and other nations instead of my own, there is quite literally no logical reason to want to be engaged and involved. It's existential at this point.

I used to put in extra hours, give all my effort while i was there and genuinely try. Was i ever rewarded for it? Not once. Meanwhile I see lazy, incompetent people who are the right demographic get promotions and raises. I no longer work hard at my job.

People are checked out because the "you will own nothing and be happy" plan has implemented, minus the "be happy" part. We now live in a surveillance state where people make just enough money to pay rent and buy food. Welcome to 1984.

Will never afford a home. Will never afford a family. Why even participate when the odds are stacked against you?

There's no big protests anymore because USAID is not paying for it anymore.
