SCOTUS REFUSES To Hear Gay Marriage Case, Gay Marriage HAS WON | Tim Pool
Supreme Court Cowardice and Political Failure Over Marriage and Defamation Rulings
Discover why the Supreme Court's recent denials signal judicial cowardice and how political establishment failures continue despite electoral victories.
Short Summary
- The Supreme Court avoided ruling on Kim Davis’s religious objections to same-sex marriage, effectively upholding the precedent set in Obergefell v. Hodges.
- Justices also declined to hear Alex Jones’s challenge against a massive defamation judgment secured without a full trial on the merits of liability.
- The speaker argues these avoidance tactics confirm that political and judicial actors abandon the public when facing difficult enforcement, fueling societal instability fears. This segment analyzes crucial Supreme Court decisions where the court chose avoidance over decisive legal action, framing it as a failure of duty that mirrors broader political capitulation within the government structure.

Welp. That means I am now legally allowed to conceal carry in California.
Tim we've known they were cowards since they didn't take on Texas etc al vs Pennsylvania.
A constitutional court would simply rule that the government has no business being involved in marriage.
CALIFORNIA rejected same-sex "marriage" and it was forced upon them by the Supreme Court; how is this ok??
Remove marriage from the government. Have a "civil union" law that allows any two human beings to enter into a contract that allows them to file joint taxes, get on each other's insurance, legally declare their property as shared, visit when one's sick in the hospital, etc. Then, let religious institutions codify their own definition of the sacrament of marriage as they see fit. A true "marriage" would have the religious aspect, and would also have the civil aspect. You'd just need two signed pieces of paper, instead of one.
I hate what has happened to USA and Canada. These judges are crap.
So the buck permit I pulled in Nebraska can be used in Colorado? – _Cool beans!_
Let me check the section of marriage in the constitution.
And trump was the first us president to run on an open gay marriage platform. So its consistent
we need more SCOTUS judges who aren't cowards
