These are common best practices, esp for 1 to 2 projects. Apps keep you hooked because they offer pain killers (solutions), not vitamins (nice to haves). All UX LAWS derived from psychology, so do your user research, synthesize through psychological lens, and let them guide your design solutions on top of best practices.

This is a goldmine! Thanks for making this video. Quick question, is your volume output lower than usual? I'm finding it hard to hear the video on full volume in louder environments, and I'm usually in a lot of loud environments
