Why didn't the reporter ask the eye witness to describe the shooter?
I live 3 miles away from Brown. I will tell you that you cannot go a block without having 10 cameras on you. There are traffic and speed cameras everywhere! All the schools have speed cameras and if you go over 20mph you get a ticket in the mail. This is a complete joke!
As a native Rhode Islander, I'm not surprised to be honest. Providence Police especially is corrupt and known to be useless and slow.
Drive over a toll bridge in Rhode Island without EZ Pass 3 weeks later you will get a bill with 42 pictures of your license plate for a unpaid toll this is the sickest thing I ever heard of
Just when it’s bad it gets worse… you can’t drive on a single road in the area and do 5mph over without getting a speeding ticket, but they have no footage of the shooter? Right…

For 17 minutes, the board of directors and legislators stole the students ability to protect themselves. Remove ANY protection from the board and the legislature and see how they panic.
