I have been taking 5 g of creatine for about a year while working on out and its helped with water retention and muscles. Recently I bumped up to 15 g of creatine and my sleep dramatically improved, I felt clear for the first time in years, and I feel calm. It really does impact your brain.

My mother had a stroke in June of 2021, lost her use of her right side, and was bedridden. I got to work with her supplementation, and creatine was definitely a part of it. Now, Feb 2026, she's back on her feet, going up and down the stairs, cooking. She is still not at 100%, but her quality of life is night and day.

I’m a major insomniac, when I added creatine for exercise reasons it made the fog from lack of sleep way better! It was a noticeable difference from before. Great side benefit I didn’t expect.

I'm 62,,started taking it about 6 months ago with protein and salt, 5mg in my coffee every morning, I feel a remarkable difference! It took a week or 2, I remember better, just overall wellness. I started a family member that suffers from depression, well it made a significant difference. This is not medical advice but well worth doing your own research. Best thing I have EVER used.

Ive been training since I was 15 and I started taking creatine at the age of 28 and wow did I get a boost. I built a base of natural strength for years and creatine took me to the next level. Its a night and day difference between being on and off creatine so I take it consistently.

I worked for Bill Phillips many years ago. Iconic figure! He still lives here in Colorado and has recently kicked off another new health and fitness business. Creatine in those higher doses is amazing! Super clear cognitive benefits. I'm 52, 6 feet, 230lbs and highly active. I'm on 15 to 20 grams of creatine per day.
