Also, Tom Homan already asked jails to cooperate. But sanctuary states refused to turn in illegal aliens even when ICE placed retainers on them.
The jails wouldn’t allow ICE in - that was a constant irritation to Tom Homan

Someone tell Tom that DHS was trying to go straight to the jails but Democrat cities refused to cooperate.
Those blue city leaders release the illegal criminals back in the streets. They don’t allow the ICE agents to arrest them when in jail. The ICE agents have to find them or follow them.
