I don't trust it so, I'm losing weight the healthy way which is free.
Partly true - I lost 120lb on ozempic for 5-6 months. Gained some back, but the majority has stayed off @ 4-5 years
I lost 130lbs in two years by not eating sugar, bread, intermittent fasting and eating mostly steak, eggs, bacon and seafood, now I can have "treats" and alcohol, still not gain weight. It's awesome.
100 years ago, they grew their own food, which included working the fields and harvest the food and can the food and they actually worked for their food, they didn't have a drive thru
I was on ozempic for 6ish months. I was on a small amount. Lost 60 pounds. I’ve lost 20 more not being on it. Kept my same healthy habits I developed. I work out lightly. Walk some days, workout others. And eat smaller meals. Make sure to stay away from crabs as much as I possibly can bc that’s my big one that gets me in trouble. So idk 🤷♀️ if you let it teach you better habits and continue those better habits maybe it can help. But in order to do that you have to stay on a small amount so your partially doing it on your own partially the medicine helping especially in the beginning of fat Loss.
31 inch waste mid 40s. I don’t think I eat anything from a box and I’m pretty lazy. It can be done.
In the old days, we called losing fat and muscles at the same time, wasting away. No thank you;)😊
I was very skeptical about glp but me and my wife took mounjaro for 3 months and both got to what we should weigh for our height. We carried the eating habits we did while on it and we’ve kept the weight off for over a year now. I think people do gain the weight back that don’t learn anything while on it
if you're 300+ lbs, it's better to lose the weight and then work to keep it off or slowly regain than it is to continue to be 300+ lbs
Sloth and gluttony are the problem. Period.
