There is no rebellion for him to send in the troops. A governor would have to attempt secession or a state government would have to be incapacitated in order for him to send in troops.

I was in Chicago last year. Had an amazing time. Never felt unsafe. It's so heartbreaking to see this. They are pushing lies to people who never travel or experience anything outside their small isolated lives.
Daniel/Taniel (sp?) Is a bit of a super hero in the attention henhas brought to so many important elections.
