Russia is turning into North Korea.
Russia is still run by ex-KGB men.
Reminds me of the old joke: Q. Before candles, what did Russians use to light their homes? A. Electricity.
In 3 day special military operations the first 4 years are the hardest.
F*ckin hell, did we dodge that bullet in Hungary or what !
"Adapting" just means accepting crap that you shouldn't.
The real reason tyrannical dictators don’t want their people to have the internet, is because they don’t want their own people to know how bad it is for them. And they don’t want their own people contacting the outside world informing every one of how bad it is inside Russia as well.
This is horribly sad
Without doubt, the best journalist the BBC has. Brave reporting from a country where you can easily be disappeared for dissent. This was a fantastic bit of journalism. Give Steve a raise, he should be paid danger money for reporting like this.
