I started investing when I was 37, mostly through sweat equity. I just turned 42 and this last month was the first time that my passive income broke 500,000. Financial education is essential
Built a home and retired in Panama...never regretted..
I read The Elite's Wealth Secrets by Robert Bluestein cover to cover on a long flight. I couldn’t sleep after. The book doesn’t scream it whispers things no one says out loud how the tax code is a map, how debt is a tool, how income is a trap. I landed thinking about foundations, shells, and leverage in a whole new way. I wasn’t taught wrong, I was just taught to stay inside the system
Here is some real reality. No one outright own their own home. Want proof? Don't pay your property taxes see what happens. They don't care about homelessness. They care about money ONLY!
most people including myself will not buy a house (here in CA) because the House is not worth the price. A million dollar house should look like a million dollar house
Renting is the new normal. Agree.
Self-storage (my take): Renters are spending more for storage than the value of the items being stored -- this has been my experience with said renters.

I stopped panicking. Just added to mevstake and now im watching life get back into rhythm again.
I honestly think we are already investors for the fact that the products that we constantly purchase is a form of investing into a company especially one that offers very good products and services. I think we need to not focus on being investors but become better at financial literacy and focusing more on how to create value and wealth as a community rather then the pushed do it solo climb that mountain solo which tends to end up with us being alone at the top. WE gotta change this unhealthy chase for money and profits and start fighting for a future were we aren't heavily reliant on currency and debt. Becoming wiser and savvy in this world of finance.
